The Zefix integration app ensures that Swiss business data is just a few clicks away. It enables seamless retrieval of crucial company information, simplifying your workflow and reducing manual data entry.

Whether you’re a small business, a corporation, or a consulting firm managing Swiss clients, the Zefix integration app has two tiers to meet your needs:

• Company Name: Quickly identify and record the company’s official name.
• Ehraid (Personal ID): A unique identifier that connects personal records to the company.
• CHID (Chamber of Commerce ID): The Chamber of Commerce ID for easy cross-referencing.
• Registry of Commerce ID: Access a unique ID within the commercial registry.
• Operational Status: Instantly know if the company is currently active, dissolved, or under another status.
• Company Type: Identify if it’s an LLC, corporation, or another business structure.
• Address: Access the primary registered address to simplify correspondence and verification processes.
• Detailed Address Components: Get segmented address details, such as canton, city, city, street, house number and postal code, for precise data usage.
• Purpose: Understand the official stated purpose or scope of the business activities.

This integration empowers you to maintain well-organized, accurate, and up-to-date company records, avoiding errors and improving your workflow efficiency.

How to use it

Getting started with Zefix integration is quick and intuitive:

1. Install the application from the monday.com marketplace and authorize the necessary permissions
2. Open board where you want to pull data from Zefix
3. Click Integrate button to add a new integration
4. Search for Zefix integration by Intelligent Studios
5. Select integration recipe
6. Set all necessary parameters and click add integration. The first column in recipe must be the company registration number column
7. Add a new item to your monday.com board
8. Fill the UID (Unternehmens-Identifikationsnummer)
9. Enjoy your pulled data!

With Zefix Integration, you can view all the essential details with no further configuration—just enter the UID and let the app do the rest.

Note: Zefix relies on the Swiss national registry’s availability. If the registry service is temporarily down, the app will show a dash (”-”) in place of missing data, indicating that the information could not be retrieved at that time.
