• Address

• VAT ID status (valid/invalid)

By entering a VAT ID into your monday.com boards, the integration instantly checks its validity using the VIES service, helping you reduce errors, comply with tax regulations, and streamline your project management process.

How to use it

Using VIES Integration is simple:

1. Install the VIES Integration from the monday.com marketplace and authorize the necessary permissions

2. Open the board where you want to validate VAT IDs
3. Click Integrate button to add a new integration
4. Search for VIES Integration by Intelligent Studios
5. Select the integration recipe, set the parameters, and click Add Integration. The first column in the recipe should contain the VAT ID
6. Add a new item to your board and enter the VAT ID
7. Enjoy validated VAT information!

Note: VIES is a search engine that get all data from national registers. If specific register is down or not responding, the app returns a dash symbol (-).
