What it does

Companies House Sync automates company information updates by connecting your monday.com workspace with the UK’s official company registry, Companies House. Using only a company number, this app provides timely updates on company details in monday.com boards, with the option to customize the depth of data according to your needs. With Companies house integration, you can quickly validate and retrieve comprehensive company details, such as:

• Company name
• Company type
• Status
• Address
• Address elements like country, locality, street, postal code
• Liquidation, charges and insolvency history statuses
• Jurisdiction

By using Companies House sync, teams save time and minimize errors in data entry and maintenance, ensuring they always have access to reliable, real-time company information.

How to use it

Using Companies House integration is easy:

1. Install the application from the monday.com marketplace and authorize the necessary permissions
2. Open board where you want to pull data from Companies House
3. Click Integrate button to add a new integration
4. Search for Companies House integration by Intelligent Studios
5. Select integration recipe
6. Set all necessary parameters and click add integration. The first column in recipe must be the company registration number column
7. Add a new item to your monday.com board
8. Fill the company registration number
9. Enjoy your pulled data!

No additional settings required – it’s that simple!

Note: if any data is missing in Companies House database or the company could not be found, the integration fill dash (-) to specific column.

Note: CompaniesHouse integration exceeds the Companies House request limits. You can request business information for up to 150 at once, 600 items every 5 minutes, with a maximum of 1,000 items per day.
