ARES integration with monday.com

This easy-to-use application provides seamless bridge between your monday.com account and the ARES (Administrative Register of Economic Subjects). Using this add-on, you can simplify the way you create new Customers or Suppliers and ensure all their details are correct and up-to-date.

 

What it does

ARES integration allows you to effortlessly pull up-to-date business information directly from ARES into your monday.com boards. Simply enter a company’s registration number (IČO), and the integration obtains crucial data such as:

  • Company name
  • VAT ID
  • Address
  • Address elements like state, region, city, municipal part, street, postal code

This ensures that your project management tools are always populated with accurate and verified data, reducing the risk of errors and enhancing your decision-making process.

How to use it

Using ARES integration is easy:

  1. Install the application from the monday.com marketplace and authorize the necessary permissions
  2. Open board where you want to pull data from ARES
  3. Click Integrate button to add a new integration
  4. Search for ARES integration by Intelligent Studios
  5. Select integration recipe
  6. Set all necessary parameters and click add integration. The first column in recipe must be the registration number (IČO).
  7. Add a new item to your monday.com board
  8. Fill the registration number (IČO)
  9. Enjoy your pulled data!
