Tax Manager improves management of all fiscal requirements & reporting to government authorities, allowing accountants to automate and fine tune VAT reporting before submitting it.

Powerful Extension Running On Background

Tax Manager runs on the background and extends the standard transaction tables and provides accountants with the possibility to automatically add (and manually adjust) additional tax information for each transaction.

Useful Excel Add-on For Maximal Efficiency

Both transactions and statements allow using Dynamics 365 Excel add-on with its powerful refresh and publish abilities to help accountants be as efficient as possible while working with data. Makes identification and correction of mistakes in details is convenient and efficient without need for corrective accounting entries.

Statements For Future Reference

Submitted statements are stored in the application, so that they provide future reference and allow differential calculations where needed (e.g. supplementary SK-control-statement, CZ VAT declaration, etc.).

System Manager is a module that enhances system administration with powerful features, which are missing in the standard system setup.

Environment Setup Register

Environment Setup Register automates environment-specific configuration tasks (e.g. redirecting integration endpoints between production, test and development). It ensures that no test data will be e.g. integrated to production instances of other apps, etc.

Rest API Manager

Provides a full REST API System on top of D365 to help move data in and out of D365 with standard API connectivity. Full REST-oriented integration architecture. It provides new interface options with properties missing in the standard toolset:

  • Input/output queues with stored history & error handling

  • Monitoring via system dashboard & alerts or business events

E-mail Manager

Email Manager that allows you to create HTML email templates and placeholders to let you automatically send customised, professional mails direct from D365, replacing placeholders with data from your system.

Import Tool

Simplified data import feature provides easy to use to import functionality without any risk – options are predefined by power users. The standard Data management framework is a powerful tool, but due to complex configuration options and potential security risks, it’s not suitable for regular users. While with our tool you, can safely let power users import predefined Excel files or data files (CSV, XML etc.) without the risk of damaging the system.

Why We Developed It

Since 2012 we’ve developed and supported solutions across all the countries in the region and using this experience, we’ve created a set of core features that will boost your ability to rollout quickly and effectively in Central Europe, or simply enhance your current system with sustainable and noticeable user improvements that we know accountants, administrators and business users will appreciate.

Although Microsoft provides a localised solution for 30 countries, including the Czech Republic, this localisation is not enough for most companies. This is because it only covers the necessary minimum of functionalities required by the legislation of the given country, while the functionalities are not always released by Microsoft on time or do not work as they should.

In addition, the European environment is characterised by a relatively complicated and often changing legislative arrangement and above all by local specifics in the form of different customs when it comes to accounting operations. We know well from experience that a standard solution is not enough for companies, because it does not cover everything that is expected from a robust ERP system.

That’s why we developed a localisation package that not only fully complies with local legislation, but also brings highly appreciated and useful functions for accountants, controlling and financial managers. In addition to legislative functions, the packages also contain number of improvements and system optimisations (e.g. when calculating VAT at the end of the month, etc.).
